![]() I'll take the time to do this correctly if it is possible. I'm trying to run a business and quality in printing is going to be a big factor for the quality of my business directly. I mean, heck should I just be making adjustments 1 row at a time without adjusting anything else? I've got ink and paper that's fine. Swear I'll make an adjustment of +1 or -1 and it'll throw the whole system out the door. ![]() ![]() Been printing out sheet after sheet of alignment sheets to verify correctness.Īm I to assume if done correctly all the printed lines should have clear verticle and horizontal lines for each and every bar? Or am I aiming for a solid bar 0? Or am I on a goose chase and I will never get these printers 'perfect' just because it's literally impossible for lack of quality or something? To print and check the current head position adjustment values, select Print head align value in the Maintenance menu. For details, refer to Manual Print Head Alignment. I'm following the procedures exactly to the letter. If the print results are still not satisfactory after adjusting the print head position as described above, adjust the print head position manually from a computer. I've been attempting to get this head alignment as perfect as I can.
